I went to an EDNA workshop last week and thought I would try my hand at doing some networking through the educational area as interested to hear what others are doing
Hope all is good
Anne
I am still exploring Blogging and Social Networks and hope to become more involved and develop a better understanding of how these sites can be use in Blending Learning. Cheers
Thanks for the comments - I look forward to being involved with this group.
I have met you at a LearnScope wrapup earlier this year I think. I have also enjoyed some PD that I think you ran at BNIT. I am really interested to hear you say you are trialling Ning with your new intake of stonemasonry students. Isn't it amazing what a link in 'edna' can do! Talk about connectivism! Cheers
So I figure the best way to manage is to pick up and use as many as I can. Get to know them all so I can reach into my overflowing toolbox at any time and pull out an arm that looks like Inspector Gadget!
I am looking at lots of social software applications for leanring and am thinking that the possibilities of ning, wiki and igoogle tools may be of most use to me with delicio.us of course, so far.
I am keen to join the education ning and link up with classroom 2.0. This "2.0" as a concept is really taking off as foreshadowing a paradigm shift. Can it miss education?
Elaine
